Shipping & Returns

Shipping

For items that we have in stock - we aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

For sticker-only orders - we offer $3.00 postage, which are posted as a letter and sent using the regular mail service (NZ Post).

For all other domestic orders - we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 ($13.00 for rural shipping). We post our parcels with either New Zealand Post or Pass the Parcel Couriers. Parcels sent within New Zealand normally take 2-5 business days to arrive, but of course - sometimes delays happen in the courier system - so we cannot guarantee this shipping time frame. If your order is urgent - please contact us - as we may be able to express ship your parcel for an extra fee.

For local Dunedin orders - we offer FREE local delivery; you can select this option at the checkout when you enter your address. We can also arrange free pick-up of orders on request - please just send us an email if you are interested in this option.

We are not yet offering international shipping - but please contact us if you would like to have your order delivered overseas, we may be able to sort something out.

For custom orders - we aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 weeks of receiving your order. This is because sometimes we need to order stock in (e.g. blank t-shirts) to print, and this can create a delay in beginning your order. Our textile inks take a week to dry before we can ship the order to you. Please feel free to contact us if you’re interested in a custom order and we can provide more accurate information about when we can dispatch your order.

Returns & Exchange

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges if you have had a change of mind or mistakenly bought the wrong size. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange this. Buyers are responsible for all postage costs, and the item should be returned in its original condition; the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Unfortunately we cannot exchange or accept returns of custom orders.

If there is something wrong with your item when you receive it - please contact us. We are happy to work with you to find a solution, which may include replacing your item or refunding your purchase, depending on what the problem is.
